How to live life to the fullest.

God is so kind and tender towards us. He knows what we need and He loves us so much.

I’m so grateful for what He has done for me, and my loved ones, this year. He is so faithful. So thoughtful. Always perfectly on time.

I had two major heart desires entering into 2021: to launch my own business and have a baby - and the Lord has honoured both. The Cheerful Co. was launched on the first of July, and Baby Girl Watson is due next month!

With Caleb having left aviation to enter into logistics, and us relocating to Ballito, it truly has been a year of New Wine - in more ways than one. As we've walked through this year, there is one thing that has been repeatedly highlighted to me:

Living life to the absolute fullest is as simple as taking God at His Word.

Everything is covered by the Word:

  • Family and friends
  • Provision in every form
  • Heart’s desires fulfilled
  • Mountains leveled
  • Restoration realised
  • Goals achieved
  • Vision illuminated

There is no circumstance that can exalt itself above the Word of God: No terminal disease, no global pandemic, no economic crisis, no warped agenda, no attack on innocence. Not even death.

The Lord watches over His Word to perform it - and nothing can stand in the way of its fulfillment.

Everything must bow to the Word. And all we need to do is BELIEVE it, declare it in faith and act on it! Often we struggle with the simplicity of it all. Just believe. Is that all that it comes down to? Yes. It could not be simpler.

But isn’t God so kind that He doesn't sit far-off, cross-armed, and uninvolved? Isn’t He kind for holding our hand and walking us through life, fully equipped by His Word and His Spirit?

He is so kind. My prayer for you today is that you’d yield yourself to His kindness. That you’d allow your whole self to melt into the safety of His Presence. Do you know that you were made for Him? The two of you are a perfect match. The best place for you to be found is in His infallible Word. You’ll be at peace there.
